UC Health Clinics Bone Health Classes incorporate the use of functional, body weight and balance activities to strengthen the bones and muscles. The exercise class is aimed at aimed at developing or maintaining bone strength for those who are experiencing the following:
- Osteoporosis
- Osteopenia and reduced bone mineral density
- People looking to improve their muscular strength, functional endurance and cardiovascular fitness
