Arthritis ACT is a non-profit organisation that aims to improve the quality of life of people in the ACT who are suffering from arthritis, osteoporosis and other musculoskeletal conditions.
Service Description
The Arthritis ACT Dietetic Clinic assists both members and non-members of the foundation with dietetics and nutrition advice.
The Dietitian can assist with:
- Evidence based nutrition education
- Achieving a healthy balanced diet
- Defining and working towards personal nutrition goals
- Advice on healthy cooking
- Diet based chronic disease management
