headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation providing early intervention mental health services to 12 - 25 year olds, along with assistance in promoting young peoples’ wellbeing.
Service Description

Their services include:
- Mental health treatment, with clinical mental health professionals providing support, treatment and management plans for a variety of mental health concerns
- Physical and sexual health, including on-site GP services to provide young people with a safe, confidential and judgement-free place to seek medical advice and treatment
- Alcohol and other drug counselling, including providing information to treat addiction, alcohol and drug abuse
- Work and study assistance, including managing workloads, dealing with stress, preparing job applications and career planning
They also operate a National Telehealth Service and online support service, eheadspace, to reach young people unable to access a headspace centre.
