Sexual Health and Family Planning ACT (SHFPACT) is a non-government, non-profit health promotion charity working to improve the sexual and reproductive health of the Canberra community.

Service Description

Sexual Health and Family Planning ACT (SHFPACT) offers a holistic, confidential and respectful sexual and reproductive health services, this includes:

Contraceptive advice, information and services
IUD’s and other long acting contraceptive options
Cervical screening
Canberra Menopause Centre (providing assessment and management of menopause symptoms)
Unplanned Pregnancy Counselling Service
STI (Sexually Transmissible Infection) testing, treatment and advice
Blood borne virus and HIV testing
Emergency Contraception (the 'Morning After' Pill)
Breast checks and awareness education
Fertility issues and pre-conception advice
Sexual difficulties and sexuality education
PrEP information, advice and prescription
